Our 2025 Reset – Finding Our Spark Again

Our 2025 Reset – Finding Our Spark Again

If you’ve been following our journey, you may have noticed a bit of a gap in our stories and blogs during 2025. Don’t worry — we didn’t disappear. We were just busy rebuilding, rethinking, and rediscovering what Leslie’s Garage could become.

2025 was truly our revamp year.

Behind the scenes, a lot changed. What started as a small idea between a couple of creative minds grew into something even more special. We welcomed a few amazing moms to our team, turning Leslie’s Garage into more of a community of makers than ever before.

We also made some big physical changes.
Our crafting location moved, our craft room was completely rebuilt, and we spent countless hours organizing, testing ideas, and figuring out how to make things run smoother (and sparkle a little brighter).

At the same time, we stepped outside our comfort zone.
We started sharing more on social media and even tried our hand at in-person craft shows. Some things worked, some things didn’t, and some things surprised us in the best ways.

Through all the mixing, morphing, and experimenting, we like to think we finally found our niche.

 Pen kits.
 Fancy pens.
Creative little projects that make people smile.

One of the things we’re most proud of from 2025 is that we were able to donate 14 pen kits to Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Seeing creativity reach kids who could use a little brightness means the world to us.

For 2026, we’re dreaming a little bigger.

Our goal is to donate 30 pen kits this year.

To help make that happen, we’ve created a simple system:

For every 6 kits purchased, 1 kit will be donated.

Another big change from 2025 was where we sell.
We made the decision to leave Mercari and move our shop to Etsy, and honestly — it’s been working loads better for us.

If you’d like to see what we’ve been creating, you can find our Etsy shop link right on our homepage.

Thank you for being part of the journey, cheering us on, and helping Leslie’s Garage grow into something that’s not just about crafting… but about creativity, connection, and making a little good along the way.
